Chris Dittoe was a 3-sport athlete at Bishop Dwenger High School in Fort Wayne. He received ALL-SAC honors in baseball, basketball and football. Dittoe was a 2-year starter at QB for the Saints and let the team to consecutive state titles in 1990 and 1991. While at Dwenger, Dittoe amassed 3398 passing yards and threw 37 touchdown passes.

Dittoe was recruited by Coach Bill Mallory to play football at Indiana University. During his 4 years at IU, Dittoe played in 31 games. He completed 261 out of 498 passes for a completion percentage of 52.4% He compiled 3,135 yards and threw for 13 touchdowns. His career QBR at IU is 108.7.
In 2014, Dittoe was elected to the Bishop Dwenger Hall of Fame. Dittoe has spent many years contributing to the CYO in Indianapolis where he and his family reside.
Dittoe and his wife Liza are the founders and operators of Dittoe PR in Indianapolis, a business they began in 1999. The Dittoe's have 3 children: Maddie, Mia and Drew.
Dittoe was briefly with the Detroit Lions in 1997. From 1998-1999, he played 2 seasons in the NFL Europe Leage with the Berlin Thunder, the Frankfurt Galaxy, and the Portland Forest Dragons. His professional statistics include 977 passing yards, 95/202 completions, 6 passing touchdowns, 1 rushing touchdown.
