Coaching Experience: Assistant coach to Pete Vaughan at Wabash College in football, basketball and baseball; recruited personnel for the athletic department; head coach and athletic director at Hammond High School in Hammond, IN, 1928-1945; head football coach and athletic director at Bishop Noll in Hammond 1949-1961; in 18 years as head coach, record was 107-51-9.
Coaching Honors: Received Appreciation Award from Indiana High School Coaches Association for 20 years or more of service to the Youth of the Community as an Athletic Coach 1953.
