Three-sport standout athlete in football, wrestling, and track; All-Conference in football and wrestling; 1st Team All-State in football; played in North-South All-Star game; captain of football and wrestling teams; named Munster High School Athlete of the Year; was a representative at Boy's State and member of the National Honor Society.

2-year football letterman; 1974 winner of Arthur Robinson Award for Most Outstanding Student Athlete on University of Michigan football team; 1975 winner of prestigious Fielding Yost Award in football.
Honored for establishing and funding the Leaders Best Award at the University of Michigan for athletic teams with highest grade point average; on the Athletic Advisory Committee; member and president of various Sport Booster Clubs in Bloomfield Hills School District; volunteer at YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit where he has been Chairman of the Board; President of Lighting Ridge Enterprise, an investment holding company for real estate and financial assets.
Coaching Experience: Assistant varsity football coach at Bloomfield Hills high school.
