3-year starter 1973-1975; team tri-captain 1975; All-State honors as center and guard 1975; Indianapolis Star All-City center and guard; named by Bloomington News as one of top 33 players in Indiana; played center in 1976 North-South All-Star game.

4-year starting center 1977-1980; team captain 1979 and 1980, during which Purdue was ranked 10th in nation in 1979 and 13th in 1980, with a combined record of 19-4-1; 2nd team All-Big Ten 1979-1980; voted Purdue's All-Time Greatest Center and elected to Purdue Boilmaker All-Century Team 1987; snapped to All-American Quarterback Mark Herrman for 4 years.
Currently in 24th season as color commentator for state-wide Purdue Football Radio Network for Learfield Communications; hosted "Talk to Tiller,: the Coach Joe Tiller call-in radio show, for 10 years; hosted the "Jim Colletto Show" 2 years; co-founded Boilermaker Business Exchange of Indianapolis and currently serves as organization's chairman; founding partner of Summit Reality Group in Indianapolis; active in coaching youth football 15 years.
