Rob and his wife Julie currently reside in the Fishers; they have two sons Chris and Drew. Coach Cutter continues serve as a guidance counselor at Hamilton Southeastern High School.
Coaching Experience: Assistant football coach at Lebanon High School (1988-1990), Assistant football coach at Franklin Central High School (1990-1992), head coach at Franklin Central HS (1992-1995) 30-13 record; won two (2) conference championships and one (1) IHSAA Sectional Championship. head coach at Hamilton Southeastern HS (1995 – 2006) with a record of 132 – 49. The Royals won five (5) conference championships, four (4) IHSAA Sectionals, two (2) IHSAA Regionals, and finished as State Runner up in 1997 and 2005.

Coaching Honors: Rob is a 18 year member of the IFCA, two (2) time Region Director, two (2) time All Star Chairman, All Star Game Assistant Coach in 1995; Ken Leffler Memorial Award winner in 1999, President Award.
