Antony Spencer is a 2002 graduate of Bishop Luers High School in Fort Wayne. Spencer was a 3 year starter at both nose guard and fullback for the Knights. Spence set records for career tackles and career sacks at Luers. He averaged 9.1 yards per carry, was a 2-time all state selection and was names All-SAC 3 times. Spencer was a member of the 2002 State Championship team and was named a North All-Star in 2003.
Spencer attended Purdue University on scholarhsip. He started 11 games in 2004 earning Big 10 Honorable Mention with 33 tackles, 7.5 sacks, and 9.5 tackles for loss. In 2006 Spencer recorded 93 tackles and 10.5 sacks on his way to being named team MVP and All-Big 10.
In 2007 Spencer was drafter 26th over-all by the Dallas Cowboys. He moved to outside linebacker and started opposite Demarcus Ware. He started 6 games for the Cowboys as a rookie and finished with 28 tackles and 3 sacks. He played 7 seasons for the Cowboys and was a 2012 Pro Bowl selection. He retired in 2015 with the New Orleans Saints. In 101 career games, Spencer compiled 272 solo tackles, 101 assists, 33.0 sacks, 13 forced fumbles, 5 fumbles recovered, 1 interception, and 13 pass deflections.
