Juliet Board of Zoning Appeals; board member of Tennessee Association of Affordable Housing; career expertise lies in developing and implementing special programs and turning around low performing operations to restore profitability and reputation, with one such operation being the Indianapolis Parks Department where fund balance increased from $500K to $1.8M in 18 months, philanthropic and grant dollars increased by 50%, and facilities usage improved by over 1M people.
