Coaching Experience: Coached for 34 years in Missouri, North Carolina, Indiana, and Florida; Indiana coaching was in Nappanee 4 years, and Huntington 19 years 1961-1980; total head coaching record in Indiana of 182-71-3.

Coaching Honors: Had 11 Central Indiana Conference Championships in football.
