Football - numerous awards prior to senior year; as a senior: Wendy's High School Heisman National Finalist; IFCA Top 50 All-State Defensive Back; Hoosier Heritage Conference Football Player of the Week; holds 14 records at YHS including 520 yards rushing, 8 rushing TDs, and 48 points in a single game; 4,557 career rushing yards, 54 career rushing TDs (59 total TDs), and 354 career total points; Wrestling - 4-time letterman with multiple honors including 5th place or better in IHSAA State Wrestling Championships each season, along with being sectional, regional, and semi-state champion; Indiana Wrestling Coaches Association Most Outstanding Wrestler at Team State 2013; 3-time Disney Duals National Wrestling Tournament Team champions.
Chandler will attend University of Chicago to study economics and play football.
